New Recruit Ch.7

'Uh...Why does my head hurt? And my neck...?'

"Is he still out?!"

"I didn't hit him that hard!!"

'Why do I smell something burning? What the hell is going on?!'

"We don't have all afternoon for this. Jafar wanted one of you twins to be at the House of Mouse."

'Jafar? House of Mouse?! What the hell?! Ooooooh. I get it. Kelsea must of drugged me or something and now she is forcing Disney in my head. What a bitch...I am so not going to the mall with her on Saturday!!!'

"What if he is dead...?"

"HE ISN'T DEAD LIANA!!!"

'Who are those voices...? One of them sounds like Kelsea, if she were an aggressive leader with a tough attitude voice.'

"Well first lets take him out of that damn closet. And will you stop lighting your hand on fire?!"

'HER HAND IS ON FIRE?! Sweeeeeeet!!'

"I'm bored..."

"Seriously Liana, you have issues."

"And you don't?"

"WHY YOU LITTLE B-"

"Both of you shut up!!!!"

"Yes Alisha..." Two voices said at once.

Austin shook his head. He attempted to stand up but for some reason his whole body was numb. He groaned at his failed attempt to move his body.

"He is awake!!!"

The door opened and light flooded in. Austin shielded his eyes from the blinding light. He put his hand down from his eyes after a few moments.

A wavy blonde teenager smiled. "Welcome Austin."

"So Kelsea, what songs are you gonna sing?" Meghan asked me.

I opened my mouth but before I could even say a word there was a knock on the door. I frowned and slouched towards the door. I opened it. "Yes?"

Pete stood there with a frown on his face. "I came here to give you a message."

I blinked. "And?"

"I've been told by...a number of people, that they don't want to hear lovey-dovey songs."

I raised my eyebrow. "Who exactly?"

Pete furrowed his eyebrows. "I was just told by some people!! So don't-" I stuck my middle finger up at him and closed the door in his face. He screamed out a bunch of unpleasant insults.

Meghan bursted into laughter. I chuckled myself. The door slammed back open and both of us hushed. Pete's face was red and his eyes were like burning flames. "That. Was. My. FOOT." He screamed at me. Meghan and I both turned our heads to each other and bursted into a fit of laughter. I started laughing so hard that tears were starting to roll down my cheeks. Meghan was keeled over and squeezing her sides from the pain of laughing so hard. Pete stormed off after a few minutes of listening to our enjoyment of his pain.

My laughter calmed down to a chuckling as I closed the door. "Oh gods. I swear...Sometimes I enjoy their pain a little too much."

Meghan giggled. "I disagree. I think we should be able to laugh at their stupidity."

I smirked. "I do every time. And trust me, they ALL make mistakes. Oh, and the pranks. Gotta love the pranks I pull on them."

Time passed. People came into the House of Mouse. Sat down. Came to wish my good luck and how they can't wait to hear my lovely. Before I knew it, the show was starting and the first short was playing. Meghan helped put my hair up in a fancy side ponytail. I was wearing a beautiful black dress, that complimented my waist, with black flats. I was contemplating in my head whether or not I should go with the idea that my gut was telling me to do.

The short ended and I took a deep breathe. I knew this might not be a good idea but I felt in my gut that I should do it. I had no idea why, but that I should.

I walked out on that stage, the stage light following me to the center. My heart started pounding in my chest as if it was about to explode like a bomb. I closed my eyes for a second and breathed in deeply again. I took the mic off the stand. I awkwardly smiled.

"I want you to come up to the stage and sing a couple of songs with me Jafar."
